Born in Barbados, Rosemary is a true jazz lady of the Caribbean where she has appeared in numerous festivals. She has been accompanied by some of the best musicians, such as Michael Sealy who worked with Sarah Vaughan, and Alastair Kay, one of the trumpet players for Ella Fitzgerald.
In 2006, she performed for an audience of over 12 000 people at the Barbados Independence Celebrations, which were televised live. She has also been accompanied by guitarist Jimmy Haynes, a Grammy award winner.

Bryan Adams asked her to be the opening act for his concert in Barbados in 2003.
